FOUNDER

Crafting Beautiful Software

I started Quaternion Studios because I believe software should be beautiful. Not just functional—actually beautiful. The kind of software that makes you want to use it, that feels like someone cared about every pixel and every interaction.

Design Philosophy

Good design isn’t decoration. It’s how things work. Every project at Quaternion starts with the same question: how do we make this feel right? That means obsessing over the details—the way an animation eases, the weight of a typeface, the rhythm of a user flow. It means building things that are fast, responsive, and delightful.

I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of engineering and aesthetics. At Tesla, I built data visualization tools that turned complex factory data into something people actually wanted to look at. That experience taught me that the best technical work is invisible—it just feels effortless.

What We Build

Immersive 3D Experiences

WebGL and Three.js are where I spend a lot of my time. There’s something magical about bringing 3D graphics to the browser—no downloads, no plugins, just beautiful rendered experiences that anyone can access. We’ve built everything from interactive product configurators to data visualizations that make complex information feel intuitive.

AI That Feels Human

AI doesn’t have to feel robotic. We build AI-powered tools that integrate seamlessly into workflows, that anticipate what you need, that get out of the way when they should. The best AI is the kind you forget is even there.

Digital Twins & Simulation

Bridging the physical and digital worlds is fascinating work. We create digital replicas of real-world systems—factories, buildings, processes—that let you experiment, optimize, and understand in ways that weren’t possible before.

3D Scaffold Configurator — Transformed a clunky bidding process into a visual, interactive experience. Drag, drop, see your scaffold in 3D, get a quote instantly. What used to take hours now takes minutes.

Custom WebGL Visualizations — Built geographic and spatial data renderers using DeckGL that handle massive datasets while staying buttery smooth. Performance and beauty aren’t mutually exclusive.

Revit Data Pipeline — Created automated extraction tools for architectural BIM data. Not glamorous, but it freed up designers to actually design instead of wrestling with data exports.

FinTech Dashboard — Reimagined how financial data gets displayed. Clean, fast, with the information density that power users need without the visual noise they don’t.

Why It Matters

There’s too much ugly software in the world. Too many tools that treat users as an afterthought. Too many experiences that feel like they were built by people who don’t actually use what they make.

Quaternion exists to build the opposite. Software that respects your time and your eyes. Experiences that feel crafted, not cobbled together. Technology that disappears into usefulness.

We’re a small studio by design. That means we’re picky about what we take on, and obsessive about what we deliver.
